Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Core Mail Engine (the service), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, waitlist members, and customers.
Description of Service
Core Mail Engine is a cold email sending platform providing multi-inbox rotation, automated warmup, bounce protection, reply detection, and DKIM/DMARC compliance tooling. The service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) on a monthly subscription basis.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not use Core Mail Engine to send spam, violate CAN-SPAM or GDPR requirements, harvest email addresses without consent, or impersonate another party. Accounts found in violation will be terminated without refund. You are responsible for the content of all emails sent through the platform.
Pricing and Billing
Pricing is as displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing customers. Early-adopter pricing locks are honored for the duration stated at time of signup. All sales are final unless otherwise noted in a specific promotion.
Results and Disclaimers
Core Mail Engine provides infrastructure - not guaranteed results. Email deliverability depends on factors outside our control including recipient server policies, domain reputation history, and list quality. We do not guarantee specific inbox rates, reply rates, or revenue outcomes. Marketing results are the sole responsibility of the user.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, code, and content comprising Core Mail Engine is owned by Tre Smith and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Mail Engine and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your account remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active users by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
