The Story
Built it because I needed it.
I started my agency in 2024. After two decades building systems for other people, I wanted to build something of my own. The first problem I hit was outbound tooling: every cold email platform was priced for teams. The cheapest credible option was $97 a month. I was one person with a laptop and a list.
I spent a few weeks building my own. Multi-inbox rotation, warmup curve, bounce protection, reply detection - the full stack. It worked better than what I had been paying for. I started showing it to other solo operators. They all said the same thing.
"Why isn't this already a product?"
So now it is. Core Mail Engine launches June 2026. $19 a month. Same infrastructure I use for my own agency - no tiers, no seat fees, no plan that unlocks features you should have had from day one.

Two decades. One product. Zero investors.
The Approach
I priced it for the person I was.
When I was bootstrapping, every tool cost was a real decision. I was not choosing between a $97 email platform and a $297 one. I was choosing between the email platform and other things my family needed. That shapes how you think about pricing.
Core Mail Engine is $19 a month because that is what I would have paid. That price covers the infrastructure, keeps the lights on, and earns enough to keep me building. It does not need to be $97 because I am not trying to fund a sales team.
There is one plan. It has every feature. The price does not go up after a trial period. There is no Growth plan. There is no Enterprise plan. If you need cold email infrastructure as a solo operator, this is the tool.
